Works really well as a basic sandwich grill. Great build quality. Has a collection tray for the excess oil and crumbs. It's bigger than I expected, can fit 2.5 slices of bread side to side. Has a swivel/flexible top for thicker sandwiches/food items. Heats up quickly.

If u have a small counter u might have a problem and u can't remove it to clean it but there's a holder to remove the oil liquid and another good thing is that it gets hot really fast and it's good
