The pan should be cleaned after each use to remove the grease film that can form on the surface. Non-stick pans should not be cleaned with scouring pad or scouring powder. A nylon sponge is ideal for cleaning inside and outside. For ceramic coated pans, it is recommended to wash the pan by hand with water and a mild detergent. This is the most effective method. If the pan is not clean enough after normal cleaning, pour a strainer and a base with water and heat it. Boiling the mixture of water and vinegar will clean the pan. After this process, rinse the pan thoroughly, dry and spread with a small amount of sunflower oil. Your pan will look like new.
