  1. Where do you ship to in Tanzania?

    We proudly ship to all regions in Tanzania. In Dar es Salaam, we offer convenient door-to-door delivery right to your doorstep. For Zanzibar, delivery is available in Stone Town, where you can pick up your order from a designated location. In other regions, such as Arusha, Morogoro, Dodoma, Tanga, and beyond, we deliver to city centers. Door-to-door delivery is not available outside Dar es Salaam.
  2. How long does shipping take?

    Shipping times vary by location. In Dar es Salaam, orders placed before 4 PM on a business day qualify for same-day delivery. For other regions and Zanzibar, expect delivery within 1-3 business days after processing. Internationally, Express shipping takes 3-7 days, while Standard shipping takes 7-14 days, depending on the destination. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends, with orders from non-working days processed the next business day.
  3. Do you ship internationally?

  7. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    COD is available only in Dar es Salaam and for items marked with a "COD Eligible" badge on the product page. Check availability at checkout.
