Why have you cancelled my order?

2. Your order may be cancelled for two main reasons. Firstly, payment is required at checkout for all methods except Cash on Delivery (COD). If payment is not completed within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled. Secondly, despite our efforts to maintain accurate stock information, suppliers may run out after an order is placed. In such cases, if your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.
