1. How do I cancel an order? If you've already paid for your order, contact us to check if it's eligible for cancellation. If you haven't paid yet, for example, if you chose cash on delivery during checkout, you can cancel by reaching out to us as well.
   Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed? You can't add or remove items from your order, but for some orders, we can help with changes to your delivery date, address, shipping method, or canceling an item. If you've got your order confirmation email and want to cancel, just reach out to us.
   Track your order To track your order, go to 'My Account' and click on 'Orders.' Find the specific order you want to track; you'll see the current status, such as processing, packed, shipped, etc. Keep an eye on the status as it changes with the progress of your order. It's a handy way to know when your package is on its way or has been delivered. If the expected date has passed and your tracking info hasn't updated, please contact us.
   Why have you cancelled my order? Your order may be cancelled for two main reasons. Firstly, payment is required at checkout for all methods except Cash on Delivery (COD). If payment is not completed within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled. Secondly, despite our efforts to maintain accurate stock information, suppliers may run out after an order is placed. In such cases, if your order is cancelled, we will issue a full refund.
   How do I request an invoice? If you've already paid for your order and need an invoice, feel free to reach out to us. Just contact us, and we'll assist you with the invoice request.
