1. Reschedule your delivery If you need to adjust your delivery date, ensure you've received an email confirmation of the original delivery date, with a limit of two reschedules per order; for rescheduling, contact our customer support team at [email protected] or +255 759 075 719 for assistance in aligning the delivery with your schedule.
   Change your delivery address It is not feasible to modify your delivery address once an order is placed. If you're unavailable at the original address, you can reschedule the delivery by contacting us. For permanent changes to your delivery address for future orders, please navigate to My Account > Update Address to update your information.
   About delivery options & time frames In Dar es Salaam, orders placed and paid for before 4 pm qualify for same-day delivery, while those placed after 4 pm will be processed on the next business day. For regions such as Arusha, Moshi, Morogoro, and Dodoma, customers can expect their orders to be delivered within a timeframe of 1 to 3 days. In Dar es Salaam, we provide door-to-door delivery, while in other regions, delivery will be conducted at centralized locations within each region (town), as home delivery services are not available. Customers are required to collect their orders from these designated centralized locations.
   Same day delivery We provide same-day delivery exclusively in Dar es Salaam. To be eligible, make sure to place your order before 4 pm. Keep in mind that seeing the 'Same Day Delivery' badge on a product doesn't guarantee delivery on the same day. Check the delivery date during checkout for accurate information.
   About delivery fees We offer free delivery for big items like TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves and more, but this is only applicable within Dar es Salaam. If you're in other regions like Moshi, Arusha, Morogoro, or Dodoma, there's a delivery fee. You'll see the delivery fee during checkout, so you know exactly what to expect for your order.
   International shipping & delivery At the moment, we only deliver within Tanzania and don't ship internationally. However, if you're from another country, you can organize shipping through logistics companies based in Dar es Salaam. Once you've chosen a company with an office here, let us know, and we'll deliver the item to them. It's important to note that we won't be responsible for anything that occurs after we've handed over the item to the logistics company you've selected.
