1. Available payment options We offer safe and easy payment methods, and during checkout, you'll see the options available for your order. You can use Credit & Debit Cards by entering your details. Cash on Delivery (COD) is an option for specific orders in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and for certain products based on value, where only cash is accepted. Unfortunately, card or digital payments aren't available for COD. For Mobile Money, just enter your phone number, and you'll receive a notification on your phone to confirm the transaction.
   Why does the price of my item change when I try and check out? Our Daily Deals and discounted items come with limited stock and are available for a short time. Once they sell out or the deal expires, the items go back to their regular price. Sometimes, if a deal sells out quickly, the product page price might take a bit to update, but the price in your cart when you check out will be the correct and final one. Always double-check your cart summary before completing your purchase.

   All about Mobile Payment & Money Transfer We offer mobile money options such as Mpesa, Tigopesa, and Airtel Money as payment choices. Additionally, customers can use money transfer when selecting Cash on Delivery after the item has been delivered.
   All about Credit / Debit Card Payments When you check out, you'll find the option to pay with a credit / debit card, specifically Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are handled by Selcom, a trusted payment company in Tanzania, ensuring the security of your transactions.
