How do I get a refund?

2. We'll refund your money using the same way you paid for your order. If you used mobile money (like Mpesa, Tigo Pesa, or Airtel Money) or paid with Cash on Delivery (COD), you'll need to share your banking details when requesting a refund. Just contact us to start the refund process. After we process it, the money might take 1-5 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.
